Special Reminders for Conference Presenters

All conference presenters must be current members of the RCSC and must register for the conference.  If you plan on distributing photocopied materials, please bring sufficient copies with you to the conference; neither the RCSC nor the Huntington Library can provide photocopying services for conference presenters.

The Huntington provides slide projection equipment in the Overseers’ Room and a dual slide projector in Friends’ Hall, but speakers must supply their own carousel trays.  Only Friends’ Hall is equipped with a computer projector.

Any corrections or updates to the conference program should be addressed to Lloyd Kermode, RCSC President lkermode@csulb.edu no later than January 4, 2007.
